Margaret was born in Ogden Utah. She paid attention to the memories of her eighty year old grandmother, who lived with her family. She was schooled in Ogden and later graduated from the University of Utah. She lived in Ogden until 1961. While away she worked as a special education teacher and later was involved in women’s healthcare. She is a classically trained pianist and entertain with her husband on bass, playing in retirement venues in Salt Lake and Ogden. They are parents of three, grandparents of six.
